my 5yr old son was just diagnosed w CVID. He also suffers from severe left broncho malacia w/ reccureent atelectasis. He is starting kindergarten in a week, and i am freaking out. What do i tell the school??? how do i keep him healthy - he already has a 504 Plan (medical plan), but will we need to make changes?? Will the classroom need to be disinfected everyday?? We are waiting on the rest of the bloodwork to come back, and then we can start the IVIg, but in the meantime, what precautions shoudl i take. your help is greatly appreciated.
