WinRN grant provides funding for nurses to travel to global meetings focused on PI and immunology.
We are proud to award WinRN travel grants to encourage continuing nursing education at global meetings that focus on PI and immunology. Applicants may choose to attend meetings virtually or in person.
Grant recipients have traveled to global meetings such as IgNS, IPIC, LASID, ESID, and more. It’s our hope that attendance at these meetings enhances nurse education, promotes PI awareness, and encourages ongoing dialogue with colleagues in the field.
Program Policies & Guidelines
Before applying, please review the complete WinRN program policies. These guidelines cover eligibility requirements, submission timelines, reimbursement details, and administrative procedures.
Key Requirements:
- Eligibility: Nurses attending PI-focused conferences
- Timeline: Apply at least 6 months before conference or within current calendar year (exceptions considered on a case by case basis)
- Frequency: One WinRN award per 12-month period
- Coverage: Economy travel, hotel, and conference registration (meals and local transport not included)
