Jeffrey’s Insights

Jeffrey’s Insights is a no-cost genetic sequencing program available to all physicians within the Jeffrey Modell Centers Network for their patients with suspected Primary Immunodeficiency but no genetic diagnosis. Through expanding access to genetic sequencing, we are accelerating earlier and more precise diagnosis, improving access to effective treatment, and putting an end to the diagnostic odyssey most Primary Immunodeficiency patients face.

Since its launch in 2019, Jeffrey’s Insights has sequenced over 6,500+ patients and identified over 52,000+ genetic variants. After receiving genetic sequencing through Jeffrey’s Insights, 38% of patients had a change in treatment and 35% of patients had a change in outcome.
