August 2025 – We’re celebrating National Science Week! At the Jeffrey Modell Foundation, science is at the center of our work. From identifying the genes behind rare immune disorders, to accelerating new diagnostics and treatments, our mission is fueled by groundbreaking research and the scientists and physicians behind it.
What does science mean at JMF? We are proud to award grants through our innovative research programs, advocate for newborn screening, support genetic sequencing, and provide resources for ongoing physician education to our expert immunologists in the Jeffrey Modell Centers Network. We also co-author scientific publications and create regional toolkits to educate people worldwide about the 10 Warning Signs of PI.
