Requirements for Membership
The Jeffrey Modell Foundation seeks to partner with leading immunology centers worldwide. Ideal member institutions demonstrate:
- Clinical Expertise: Board-certified immunologists with specialized PI training
- Comprehensive Services: Full spectrum PI care including immunoglobulin therapy, bone marrow transplant (or referral pathways), and genetic testing
- Research Infrastructure: Institutional commitment to PI research through clinical studies, database participation, and trainee education
- Patient Volume: Active PI patient panel and regional referral center capacity
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partnerships with infectious disease, pulmonology, rheumatology, and other specialties for comprehensive care

- Site Assessment: Foundation representatives schedule consultation to discuss capabilities and JMCN alignment
